The representation covers the full public page body even where legacy HTML places public sections outside a semantic `main` wrapper. It excludes site chrome, forms, scripts, styles, hidden/template UI, and decorative icons. Invalid output, provider errors, timeouts, and quotas fall back deterministically. It cannot read credentials, private APIs, logins, email, CRM, Paperclip, databases, private files, environment variables, personal records, or arbitrary URLs, and it has no action tools. It rejects prompt-injection and secret-extraction requests. Privacy-sanitized receiver messages and allowlisted business-context signals may be retained privately for 365 days to produce owner-reviewed improvement recommendations, and novel unanswered questions may be queued to the NajdSF Paperclip workspace. Raw IPs, cookies, credentials, personal contact fields, private URLs, and rejected attack content are not retained. It never sends, submits, calls, creates a lead, books, uploads, purchases, or contacts the requester. The direct endpoints accept only POST JSON, limit bodies to 8 KiB, limit the current turn to 2,000 characters and four previous user-only messages with 6,000 total user characters, and apply local abuse controls plus persistent model quotas. Every response reports `submitted: false` and `external_action_performed: false`. There is no paid fallback, automatic model training, automatic answer change, or automatic publishing. ## Procurement Preparation Before preparing an inquiry draft, gather the service type, Saudi project location, project sector, timeline or urgency, scope or access requirement, installation/dismantling needs, standby stock or replacement-readiness requirements, and safety/quality requirements.
